I grew up in the beautiful hills of Kordi, Tehri, in Uttarakhand. Living among fresh mountain air and the smells of traditional Pahadi food, I learned early that food is much more than just eating—it's about memories, culture, and bringing people closer.
My Journey
I focus on Indian food, and I especially love the simple, earthy tastes of Uttarakhand. Whether it's a basic Dal Tadka or a rich Biryani, the real secret is always patience and love.
